2. Advance & Credit Policy
Retail/Shop Orders: Payment is collected at the time of delivery.
Bulk / Distributor Orders: Minimum 50% advance payment required to confirm order.
Balance payment due before dispatch or within 7 days of delivery (as agreed).
Any delay in payment beyond the agreed period may attract a small late fee or suspension of supply.

3. Payment Confirmation
Once payment is received:
You will get a receipt or message confirmation on WhatsApp.
Orders are processed only after payment verification.
