1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment modes:

Cash (for local deliveries or shop orders)

UPI / QR Code payments (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)

Bank transfer for bulk/wholesale orders

Online payment links (shared via WhatsApp on request)


All payments are processed through secure and verified channels.

2. Advance & Credit Policy

Retail/Shop Orders: Payment is collected at the time of delivery.

Bulk / Distributor Orders: Minimum 50% advance payment required to confirm order.

Balance payment due before dispatch or within 7 days of delivery (as agreed).

Any delay in payment beyond the agreed period may attract a small late fee or suspension of supply.

3. Payment Confirmation

Once payment is received:

You will get a receipt or message confirmation on WhatsApp.

Orders are processed only after payment verification.

4. Refunds / Disputes

If an order is canceled before dispatch or any payment issue arises, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for resolution.
