1. Returns


Our products are food-grade consumables, so we accept returns only if:


The product was damaged or tampered during delivery, or


You received the wrong item or quantity.



To be eligible for a return, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, along with a photo or video of the issue.

2. Refunds


After verification, we will process a replacement or full refund within 7 working days.


Refunds will be made to your original payment method (UPI / bank / cash).


If the issue is not related to product quality or packaging, refunds will not be applicable.

4. Exchange Option


If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you can request a replacement packet of the same product — we’ll deliver it free of charge in the next shipment or via courier.
