We currently deliver across Bihar and nearby states through trusted courier and transport partners.

Local deliveries within town or district are managed by our own delivery team or authorized retailers.

2. Dispatch Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation.

For bulk or custom orders, dispatch time may extend to 5–7 working days.

3. Delivery Time

Local delivery: 1–3 days

Within Bihar: 3–5 days

Other states: 5–8 days (depending on courier availability)

4. Shipping Charges

Local orders above ₹500 — Free Delivery

Retail/Small orders below ₹500 — ₹30–₹50 delivery charge (depending on distance)

Wholesale orders — As per actual transport or courier cost.

5. Packaging & Safety

All masalas are packed in sealed, moisture-proof pouches to preserve freshness.

Every shipment is checked and packed carefully before dispatch.

6. Tracking & Support

Once dispatched, customers receive a WhatsApp or SMS confirmation with delivery details.

For courier shipments, a tracking ID will be shared when available.

7. Damage or Loss During Transit

If you receive a damaged or missing item, please report it within 3 days of delivery with a photo/video.

We will provide a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
